Soy-Milk-Rich Unohana/豆乳たっぷりの卯の花

Today, I made soy milk, using 200 g soybeans.
今日は、大豆200 gを使って豆乳を作りました。
I barely obtained about 500 ml soy milk.
豆乳はどうにか500 mlくらいできました。
It’s not that I wanted to have soy milk. As I mentioned previously, I regard my soy milk maker as a soy pulp maker. I wanted to have some soy pulp to make this dish:
The recipe is almost the same as the one described earlier.
The soy-milk-rich unohana tasted very good!
Unohana is another name for okara (soy pulp).
Soy pulp is often considered “refuse”, and I want to reiterate that it is absolutely NOT!
