This recipe is based on Catherine’s . She uses 1/2 avocado and 1/4 cup almond milk and no condensed milk. The spinach is blending beautiful with others’ flavor and adding a rich green shade to the drink. My current Oster blender is not powerful enough so some spinach residues seen here but they barely affect the drink texture.
Believe it or not Snickerdoodle cookies is the very first cookie recipe I have made for my kids here.
Make about 16 oz drink
1 handful spinach about 1/2 tightly packed cup
1 frozen banana
1 small avocado
1/2 cup whole milk
2 Tbs condense milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
